Here we go again—Democrats trying to buy another election by dumping millions into Texas. Cruz has been fighting for conservative values, and no amount of money is going to change that.

Honestly, I’m excited to see Colin Allred giving Cruz a real run for his money. Texas could use some fresh leadership, and Allred seems genuinely focused on working for everyday people, not just catering to big donors like Cruz does. It’s great that Democrats are pouring resources into this race—Texas turning even a little bit purple is huge. Plus, Allred’s background as an ex-NFL player and civil rights lawyer gives him a unique perspective on issues like healthcare and workers' rights. Cruz has been in office too long and has shown he’s more interested in grandstanding than actually serving Texans. This race is going to be one to watch!

It's about time Democrats are investing heavily in Texas! Allred has a real shot at taking Cruz down, and honestly, Texas deserves better leadership.

It’s about time someone gave Cruz a serious challenge, and Allred seems like he’s got the momentum to do it. With enough support, Texas could finally turn the page on Cruz’s out-of-touch politics.

Doesn't matter how much money they pour into it—both parties are just fighting over who gets to control more of our lives. Neither of them care about actual freedom or cutting back on government overreach.

Why Democrats, and Ted Cruz, wanted Colin Allred to campaign in Texas with Doug Emhoff

Ted Cruz's Democratic challenger pushes back at suggestions he's not running an aggressive enough campaign to flip a Texas U.S. Senate seat.
