This war did not need to happen. It was forced and has cause much drama in the international community.

This war ensures that Iran cannot obtain nuclear weapons to even further disrupt the international community. Although it has caused turmoil, it's for the greater good.

I think the U.S. forming an alliance with Israel and then bombing Iran and Lebanon was the worst decision to make, by far. The President is helping and funding Israels war/genocide.

Bombing Iran and Lebanon is necessary for stability in the Middle East. While it would be great if we could have some treaties in the Middle East and have stability, there cannot be peace in the Middle East as long as there are radical Islamist terror organizations and tyrannical regimes in that region whose only goal is to bring an end to Western civilization and wipe out all Jews.

I'm afraid of a third world war. This seems to be the most indicative of one happening

Violence like this just shows how desperately we need diplomacy and peaceful negotiation instead of turning trade routes into battlegrounds.

Maybe if we stopped basing the entire global economy on fossil fuels, we wouldn't be held hostage by oil chokepoints like the Strait of Hormuz every time tensions flare.

because we should not be fighting for israel

We aren't fighting for Israel; destroying Iran's military capabilities is also within the interests of the US.

They should stop the war and there should be peace between these two country. Everything is skyrocketing which is not worth it.

With less oil trade means we get more oil rigs which will lead to more wildlife endangerment as trump passed a law saying if an animal is in the way they can legally kill it no matter its species status which is unfair.

it's important to understand what leads up to conflict, but I feel like understanding whats happening in the present holds more weight for problems that may come in the future.

This is exactly what happens when the US acts like the global police and tries to control other countries’ resources—ordinary people and the world economy end up paying the price for imperialist power plays.

Yet another example of how endless government meddling overseas just makes things worse and puts global trade—and innocent lives—at risk.
