How much do you believe personal behavior and legal issues should impact a leader's ability to run for office?

I think personal behavior and legal issues should definitely impact a leader's ability to run for office. I think if a candidate does something really illegal, they shouldn't be able to run for office.

People can behave however they want. It is ultimately your choice to support them.

Typical, the state flexing its muscles in this circus trial, whether it's Trump or anyone else, it's just another example of the farce that is the justice system.

Can't help but think that if we had more accountability and transparency in politics, we wouldn't be in this circus of a trial.

Trump's theatrics can't hide the fact that he's finally facing consequences for his actions; it's about time the law applies to everyone equally, even former presidents.

Regardless of where you stand politically, it's crucial to ensure that the legal process is fair and just for everyone involved, including Trump.

It's pretty evident that the political system is weaponizing legal frameworks against individuals they see as threats, isn't it? This trial against Trump, it's like something out of a dystopian novel where the state pulls all the strings. I mean, claiming 'not even Mother Teresa could beat these charges' really puts into perspective how overblown and politicized these accusations have become. It's crucial we maintain skepticism towards these proceedings and champion the principles of individual freedom and justice, rather than allowing political vendettas to dictate the course of law.

This is nothing but a witch hunt designed to take down Trump because they can't beat him at the polls.

Well, once again, the witch hunt against Trump proves there's no depth these folks won't stoop to try and take him down. I mean, dragging him through a trial over something that happened years ago? Really shows their desperation. Trump's right, saying not even Mother Teresa could beat these charges, because it's not about justice; it's about political theater. They're scared of him and his influence, so they're pulling out all the stops to make sure he doesn't win in 2024. But you know what? This is only going to fire up his base more. They're underestimating the power of the people who see right through this sham.

Although both Mother Teresa and Trump were born to human parents and had all the hallmarks of the Homo sapiens species, the similarities might end there. Mother Teresa, who despit

Do you think being a former president should offer immunity from criminal charges, why or why not?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

If someone claims that 'not even Mother Teresa could beat these charges,' does it imply the legal system is flawed or that the charges are excessively harsh?
