if it is a rape victim or something like incest I think that it should be an option, but not for normal incidences

  @VulcanMan6  from Kansas  disagreed…2yrs2Y

Pro-choice, and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions

Why do people in normal circumstances not deserve bodily autonomy?

 @93SX2JXDemocrat from California  answered…3yrs3Y

 @9J8GW2QDemocrat from South Carolina  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro choice because the government has two big problems with the children that are in the system today. Why not Pro-life -The goverment don't provide a means to help those who have children away to care for them financially but would like to control the choice for the person who has to figure out how to care for a child. If the government would like to make the choice for the women to have a child they should have a plan to help care for the mother and child financially included in the law.

  @9CJ6CB6 from Virginia  commented…2yrs2Y

Pro-choice, and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions

Yeah, if one claims to be pro-life and use the government as a regulator for preserving life, then I need them to give us single-payer healthcare, free college, corporate regulation, and environmental protection

 @9GNNP58Democrat from Georgia  answered…2yrs2Y

only if they were raped they should be able to abort but if you have sex and you get pregnant you have no right to abort at least put the baby in adoption its a simple fact of "there is consequences to what you do"

  @VulcanMan6  from Kansas  commented…2yrs2Y

Pro-choice, and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions

Where do you think the right to abort comes from, considering your conditions?

 @9F95XHRDemocrat from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Because the bible says abortion is murder i'm prolife but also feel no man should be allowed to tell a woman what to do with their body.

  @VulcanMan6  from Kansas  commented…2yrs2Y

Pro-choice, and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions

Which verse in the bible actually says that abortion is murder? If I recall correctly, God often killed, or ordered the killing of, pregnant women and their unborn children on multiple occasions.

 @7PTCG38Democrat from Wisconsin  answered…3yrs3Y

Engaged Abortion

Pro-choice, but ban after the first trimester of pregnancy unless there is danger to the health of the mother or fetus

 @8N6FPFRDemocrat from Indiana  answered…5yrs5Y

Everyone should be able to chose what they want with their body. The government has no right to ban abortion because people call it "murder". What if the person never wanted a baby? What if they didn't want a child to go though the feeling of being not wanted by their birth parents? There are many different reasons people should be able to have abortions or not.

 @8MYMNJ3 from Minnesota  commented…5yrs5Y

Pro-choice

I agree very much, honestly it is the women’s choice not anyone else’s.

 @96HCTKYDemocrat from Washington  answered…3yrs3Y

Pro-Choice, though I slightly disagree with going through with it once the baby is far developed, there are instances where there weren't opportunities to go through with it earlier that are special cases.

 @998GNNNDemocrat from Kansas  answered…3yrs3Y

Abortion should be allowed in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother or child. Any abortions should be limited to the first trimester, but the welfare of the mother should come first.

 @98MPFSCDemocrat from Pennsylvania  answered…3yrs3Y

 @97VPM4KDemocrat from Ohio  answered…3yrs3Y

I think it depends if you did something you weren't supposed to and you got pregnant well that's your fault you should keep the kid or at least birth it then you can put it up for adoption but if its someone who got rapped or something then I feel like the government shouldn't decide if they can have a kid or not because there probably not gonna wanna keep the kid that they didn't even want.

 @B75RDN3Democratfrom Ontario  answered…3wks3W

I am personally pro life, but I strongly oppose taxpayer funding for abortion and partial birth abortion should be banned, with the exception of the life of the mother.

 @8HF6KRQDemocrat  from California  answered…5mos5MO

Pro choice, but only if it is early in the pregnancy, in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother or child, and the individual is not frequently getting abortions

 @9YF85RHDemocrat from California  answered…11mos11MO

Pro-Choice up to 13 weeks, exceptions for rape, incest + danger to mother, and included birth control, sex edcuation, and more social services.

 @9YDNJ7KDemocrat from Texas  answered…11mos11MO

Pro choice, but those who become regular patients, should have some form of punishment, but not by the government.

 @9Y7NW5PDemocrat from Florida  answered…11mos11MO

Pro-choice, but ban first 3 months and provide birth control, sex ed, and more social services to help decrease the number of abortions

 @9Y7CS65Democrat from Massachusetts  answered…11mos11MO

I don't really have an opinion on abortion since I'm never going to have one, but I feel like fathers should have a say in it prior to getting one.

 @9Y3VKHKDemocrat from Pennsylvania  answered…11mos11MO

I think that providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions. Once this is enacted, a restriction on abortions after 3 months should be placed, but with exceptions for rape, incest, or risk to the mother or child.

 @9Y2TH59Democrat from Utah  answered…11mos11MO

Both. We should support reproduction rights! Men shouldn’t have a say. They can’t abort a baby! They have no consequences for having sex.

 @9XX9KGZDemocrat from North Carolina  answered…11mos11MO

You are a fool to think that abortion is OK, and I believe there should be a fine for abortion or better for it to be illegal!!!

 @9XVNT2VDemocrat from New York  answered…11mos11MO

Im both in the middle as if you're just getting an abortion just because then that's just messed up but if you're a rape victim of incest or if you or your child is in danger of dying then yeah an abortion is necessary to save lives

 @9XSN74CDemocrat from Illinois  answered…11mos11MO

Pro-choice, and instead of punishing the woman make the fathers be more liable. The laws for deadbeat parents are way too weak.

 @9XRRKZSDemocrat from New York  answered…11mos11MO

I think that people can choose whether they want an abortion or not. Mostly because sometimes abortions can save people from big health problems or if the mother may die if they don't have an abortion.

 @9XRK5F7Democrat from Illinois  answered…11mos11MO

Pro-choice, I feel no one should have the right to be tell others what to do with their own body. Also increase funding to facilities that promote sex education, birth control and provide more social services to help reduce the number of abortions.

 @9XM3TD8Democrat from Alabama  answered…11mos11MO

I believe it is your choice because what if someone could have gotten raped. it is the woman's body and they should be able to choose what they would like to do with their body.

 @9XKMCM7Democrat from Ohio  answered…11mos11MO

Pro-life but banned after 3 months and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce number of abortions.

 @9XK7ZDFDemocrat from Missouri  answered…11mos11MO

Abortion should only be available to those who were victims of rape or sexual assault, abortion should not be available to a person who willingly had sex without protection.

 @9XHT6T4Democrat from New Hampshire  answered…11mos11MO

I am understanding and see both sides. I agree w/ Pro-life, but allow in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother or child
Pro-choice, but ban after the first three months
Pro-choice, I don’t agree but the government has no right to ban it
Pro-choice, and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions - all these stances but the first one.

 @9XFW2CXDemocrat from Colorado  answered…11mos11MO

Pro-life in cases of incest, rape, or danger, but also supporting birth control and sex education to support the spread of knowledge.

 @9XBG2FBDemocrat from Wisconsin  answered…11mos11MO

Pro-life, and only abortion if the life of the mother or baby is in danger. If you were give a child by God, then you should at the very least let the child live and let them be adopted.

 @9X9QV6HDemocrat from Idaho  answered…11mos11MO

if ur out screwing around on ur own and get pregnant or get someone pregnant then you should be forced to deal with your consequences but if ur daughter gets raped and is impregnated during it she should not have to carry that child to term

 @9X9KZ7YDemocrat from Pennsylvania  answered…11mos11MO

It’s always up to women my body my choice it always there choice what they want to do with there body.

 @9X3N965Democrat from New York  answered…11mos11MO

Pro-choice until viability (and consciousness), and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions

 @9X2N9YXDemocrat from Wisconsin  answered…11mos11MO

Engaged Abortion

Pro-choice, but limit after the first three months, providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions

 @9WYNZBXDemocrat from Pennsylvania  answered…11mos11MO

I am pro-choice, except abortion should be banned after the first trimester or if it supposes major health risks to the mother after the first trimester

 @9WW2F8KDemocrat from Florida  answered…12mos12MO

Pro-choice, before the government can influence health care treatment it should first make the country a safer and better place to raise children in stressful situations

 @9WV5XHLDemocratfrom Guam  answered…12mos12MO

Pro-life and Pro-choice, but ban after the first three months, but allow in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother or child

 @9WS7YRJDemocrat from Indiana  answered…12mos12MO

I think women should be able to get an abortion because if the mother has a miscarriage she has to get an abortion to get the baby out or the mother would with the baby.

 @9WMBHSKDemocrat from Louisiana  answered…12mos12MO

Pro-choice, but I say the person shouldnt be allowed to abort after 5 months of pregnancy, because then the fetus has a body that is almost fully formed and ready, it would be wrong to do that when the women knew they couldve aborted earlier.

 @9WCKSYHDemocrat from Illinois  answered…12mos12MO

Depending on the circumstances and it’s justifiable pro choice and but for times were actions was intentional then pro life

 @9WBM2MFDemocrat from Michigan  answered…12mos12MO

Pro choice, not allowed after first trimester for voluntary reasons. Abortion allowed for rape and incest before 20 weeks. Abortion allowed after 20 weeks only in cases of danger to mom or baby.

 @9W8QVKTDemocrat from Indiana  answered…12mos12MO

Pro-choice but ban after after the first three months. Also, providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions.

 @9W7WZXTDemocrat from New Jersey  answered…12mos12MO

Pro-Choice but it is highly dependent on the circumstances. In the case of rape, incest, threat of death or if the mother is underage then I believe in abortion. However if it is a grown woman, who had sex with her husband that no longer wants the pregnancy then you enter a grey area.

 @9W6FCKTDemocrat from California  answered…12mos12MO

I agree 100 percent to ban abortion because women should not be dumb and get prego and should know how to have sex.

 @9W5MLXCDemocrat from Ohio  answered…12mos12MO

Pro-choice, the government has no right to ban abortion. noone should be controlled, or told what to do with their body.

 @9W455J3Democrat from California  answered…12mos12MO

I am pro-life for myself but I will never tell another women what they should do with their life and body. We should be the only individuals having a say on what to do with our own bodies as we know ourselves best, and the government should not say otherwise. I also believe there should be more sex-education implemented in school, especially in high school.

 @9W38F8ZDemocrat from New Jersey  answered…12mos12MO

pro-choice its the choice of the person pregnant its there body not the goverments especially victims of rape and teenagers.

 @9VWXZ3YDemocrat from Kansas  answered…12mos12MO

I think we should keep abortion cause say if you can't provide for the kid at the time and it will have a very good likelihood of ending bad you should or also once you know know your having a baby make sure to get it out right away and not wait till the last minute cause to me when the baby's developed so your pretty much killing it.

 @9VWFZ6TDemocrat from Texas  answered…12mos12MO

Pro-choice, increase funds for birth control and social services but limit elective terminations to first trimester except in case of incest, rape, medical anomalies or maternal health (with supporting documents from OB)

 @9VTQRH9Democrat from Ohio  answered…12mos12MO

I think abortion should be legal because if rape or incest victims don't want that child they should be allowed to get rid of it because its their choice whether or not they want it

 @9VSGTR6Democrat from Kansas  answered…12mos12MO

Safe, legal, and rare. True anti-abortion action needs to deal with the social conditions that make abortion prevalent

 @9VPSXP9Democrat from New Jersey  answered…12mos12MO

The women can do what she wants when it comes to her kid but I feel like she should at least have it and put it up for adoption so the kid can have a chance at life

 @9VPP9KWDemocrat from Oregon  answered…12mos12MO

Pro-life with exceptions for rape, incest or danger to the mother or child. Also must include protections for doctors treating complications arising during miscarriage or non-viable pregnancies. States making abortion illegal need to develop programs to support pregnant mothers financially and educationally, as well as with adoption programs for those interested.

 @9VP88VRDemocrat from Texas  answered…12mos12MO

Abortion should be legal in the first and second trimester. It should only be available in the third trimester in cases of medical emergency.

 @9VLDV6PDemocrat from Nevada  answered…1yr1Y

I feel that it is wrong to have an abortion because it is another life, and should still have the kid no matter what, but I feel that it is the woman's choice.

 @9VKYQZBDemocratfrom Maine  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-life, but abortion should not be outlawed as a medical procedure, and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions

 @9VGFJG3Democrat from Delaware  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-choice, I don't like the idea of aborting a child just because someone was careless, but there are other circumstances for which abortion would make sense.

 @9VDLWMMDemocrat from Indiana  answered…1yr1Y

They should not be able to if they have no health reasons, but if they can not have the baby they can use abortion.

 @9VBV5ZYDemocrat from Massachusetts  answered…1yr1Y

The government has no right to ban abortion but there should be a clear reason why the mother wants to get abortion.

 @9V97PK2Democrat from California  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-choice, but after the first four months it should be only for the health of the mother. Provide birth control and pregnancy tests.

 @9V23YTHDemocrat from South Carolina  answered…1yr1Y

I feel like abortion should be discussed by the family's who would want it. For example if a woman wants her baby and her lover dosent want the baby that should be there discussion to talk about

 @9TV8HFNDemocrat from Kentucky  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-choice, I might not agree with what your stance is but I believe the government should have no say in what a woman does with her body.

 @9TMFG9SDemocrat from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-Life, when you made the decisions to have sex with someone you werent married to then you have to learn that it was a mistake and dont find a way out of the situation. You will struggle but in the end it was all your decision

 @9T327ZBDemocrat from Illinois  answered…1yr1Y

I do like both sides because on one side you shouldn't kill a fetus that already is developed and has life but on the other side it is your body and it is your choice what you want to do with the baby.

 @9SXTFW7Democrat from New Hampshire  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-Choice, but it’s hard to weigh in on a decision that I can’t imagine being in the position to make.

 @9SRRTBYDemocrat from Georgia  answered…1yr1Y

ok so if the mother does not want the child, they can be offering a 9-month free support of food and housing and other stuff to keep the child safe till birth then set up for adoption or take out their ability to have children's if they want to be a dumb hoe

 @9SQF6LDDemocrat from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-choice, but it is really none of anyone's business as what anyone does with their body. And it would be safer for everyone if it was wildly available.

 @9SF5WVYDemocrat from Illinois  answered…1yr1Y

i feel as though if you lay down with someone you should be prepared to have a kid with that person even if it wasn't intentional but if you become pregnant due to sexual assault then abortion is on the table

 @9S82CG6Democrat from California  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-choice as in cases where the “parents” don’t have the right and proper conditions in raising a child and people who have gone through traumatic events like rape should have the offer to choose whether to have a child or not.

 @9S73TH9Democrat from Tennessee  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-choice, but have a discussion beforehand with the would-be father, final decision would still be on the woman.

 @9RYQTKQDemocrat from Florida  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-choice, and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions

pro choice because people should have the right to make choices regarding their body

your body is your choice and you're the one dealing with the consequences of that. there are unfortunate circumstances that force someone into needing an abortion and the solution is not to get rid of abortions but to stop that from happening in the first place. abortion is healthcare and to me a basic human right; if someone doesn't want to have a kid, don't make them have a kid.

 @9R7Z98DDemocrat from Wisconsin  answered…1yr1Y

I am pro-choice but a restriction on abortions should be made so it is not being used as a form of birth control

 @9R53P2RDemocrat from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-choice. Anyone without a Uterus should not have an opinion on abortion rights. There should be a female represented organization such as the Womens Health Organization that has a process every decade or so to question the ethicality of abortions.

 @9QYZX2KDemocrat from Indiana  answered…1yr1Y

Pro choice, for the day after pill, and providing abortion is not used as a form of birth control, such as for late term w/o extenuating circumstances such as health risk, rape, and incest.

 @9Q2FTM6Democrat from Colorado  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-choice up to 16 weeks but in cases of sever disability and quality of child’s life should be considered throughout pregnancy

 @9NLRXZHDemocrat from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

Someone should be able to get an abortion if they were raped or part taken in incest. But if they were not using protection they should not be able to get an abortion.

 @9MJTDTBDemocrat from Connecticut  answered…1yr1Y

Pro choice, but only in serious situations like rape or incest, or if the mother’s life is in danger.

 @9MHHB5SDemocrat from Minnesota  answered…1yr1Y

Ban all abortion it doesn’t matter if you get raped just put it in the orphanage or let someone adopt it

 @9MC7K6MDemocrat from Ohio  answered…1yr1Y

Abortion should not be used as birth control and early term abortion is fine but the rare late term abortion should not be allowed unless the birth will endanger the mothers life

 @9M99TBXDemocrat from Maryland  answered…1yr1Y

Pro-choice but restrict after birth viability with exceptions for rape, incest or health of mother or child.

 @9M4TJVLDemocrat from Pennsylvania  answered…1yr1Y

I think the Government should let it be the mothers choice and that they don’t have the right to ban it.

 @9M26LPGDemocratanswered…1yr1Y

I believe women should have the right to abortion but if they have the means to take care of the child then they should not be able to have an abortion.

 @9LY7TR7Democrat from Arkansas  answered…1yr1Y

I believe that abortion is good and bad, I believe that it is good if the mother is not in a good place to take care of a child by any cercumstances. But, I believe that it is bad if that just "do not want the child" because measures should have been taken in the first place to prevent that.

 @9LR987QDemocrat from North Carolina  answered…1yr1Y

I really couldn't care less. just don't have unprotected sex in the first place and we wouldn't have this issue

 @9LQ5FD9Democrat from North Carolina  answered…1yr1Y

Im in the middle of it because in most cases if the woman had been sexually assaulted, incest, or the mother and child would be in danger, than they are able to have an abortion.

 @9LKZM2SDemocrat from Georgia  answered…1yr1Y

Pro Choice- For victims of rape and teenage pregnancies but ban after 3 months also provide birth control and take all actions to protect the mother and child, the mother gets the final decision. Her body her choice.

 @9LKTZLFDemocrat from New York  answered…1yr1Y

Pro choice, but I personally believe it is murder. I just think there are societal and ecological problems that are too important to ignore if we outright ban abortion.

 @9KZVJNRDemocrat from California  answered…2yrs2Y

A baby is an enormous economic burden which will not only affect the parents but will also affect the baby, it is better to avoid a traumatic fate in most cases.

 @9KZ4WQ4Democrat from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-life but people can do what they want but if it is because they just didnt do it properly then they shouldn't be able to.
