This is exactly the kind of overreach and government power struggle that shows why we need less centralized authority. The president—whether it's Biden or Trump—shouldn’t have the ability to single-handedly decide who gets pardoned or not, especially based on technicalities like an autopen. The real issue here isn’t just the pardons, but the fact that politicians keep using the justice system as a weapon against their opponents. Instead of fighting over who gets to wield government power, maybe we should be talking about limiting it in the first place.

Yet another example of how the state’s so-called 'justice' is just a tool for the ruling class to wield however they see fit—none of this has anything to do with actual freedom.

Finally, a leader who isn’t afraid to take control and undo the damage—Biden’s weak, rubber-stamped decisions should never have stood in the first place!

Trump is right to call this out—Biden is barely running the show, and now we find out he's not even signing his own pardons? The establishment just rubber-stamps whatever they want while pretending it’s all legit. This is exactly why people don’t trust the government anymore.

If Biden can’t even be bothered to sign pardons himself, it just proves how little control he actually has over his own administration. Trump is right to call this out—Americans deserve a president who is actually making decisions, not just rubber-stamping whatever his handlers put in front of him.

So now Trump thinks he can just override the Constitution whenever it suits him?
