A recent poll reveals that most voters believe the U.S. economy is in poor condition, but they are divided on whether Donald Trump or Kamala Harris is better suited to address the issue.
Harris holds a slight edge on middle-class taxes and housing costs, while voters are evenly split on who can better manage everyday essentials like groceries and gas. Neither candidate has a clear advantage on jobs and unemployment.
The poll highlights the ongoing debate over economic leadership as the 2024 election approaches.

Reducing taxes is great. We also need to tax the rich and raise minimum wage/lower the cost of living. As a billionaire, Trump cannot be trusted to fight for the rights of middle/lower classes bc he's so out of touch with their daily reality.
Honestly, both Trump and Harris seem to be missing the mark here—what we really need is a stronger focus on free markets and less government interference to drive growth. Cutting middle-class taxes is great, but it's not enough without broader structural reforms to boost innovation and competition.
It’s no surprise voters are split—Trump already proved he can boost the economy with lower taxes and less regulation, while the current administration has only driven up inflation and costs. Harris talks a good game, but we’ve seen what their policies have done to working families.
Neither Trump nor Harris are really addressing the root causes of economic inequality—what we need is a system that puts workers and everyday people first, not corporations and the wealthy.
Both parties are out of touch with the struggles of everyday Americans—it's time for a leader who actually puts working people first instead of playing politics.

It's disappointing that most people are only willing to vote for either of these 2 candidates, both will be horrible presidents!
