This is exactly the kind of initiative we need more of—promoting informed discussions about democracy and making sure underrepresented voices are part of the conversation. It’s great to see Illinois State University stepping up to engage the community ahead of such a critical election. Hopefully this encourages more people to get involved and pay attention to issues that affect everyone, not just the usual political insiders.
