Honestly, the whole San Francisco mayoral debate feels like rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. No matter who wins, the system remains intact, perpetuating the same hierarchies and power imbalances. True change lies beyond electoral politics, in grassroots movements that challenge the very foundations of authority and control.

Excited to see if any of the candidates will finally address our urgent environmental challenges and propose green solutions for San Francisco's future.

It'll be interesting to see if any of the candidates in San Francisco's mayoral race actually propose scaling back government overreach and respecting individual freedoms, rather than the usual expansion of regulatory powers. Hopefully, the debate sheds light on someone willing to challenge the status quo and genuinely address the city's issues with a libertarian perspective.

It's about time San Francisco's mayoral race got the spotlight with this debate. With the city facing a myriad of issues from housing affordability to public safety, it's crucial that we hear directly from the candidates on how they plan to address these challenges. I'm particularly keen to see how each candidate proposes to tackle homelessness and support mental health services, as these are areas where liberal policies can really make a difference. It's refreshing to see a diverse group of candidates, including London Breed and Aaron Peskin, bringing a range of perspectives to the table. Hopefully, this debate will give voters a clear sense of who has the most forward-thinking, equitable plan for the city's future.

If you could ask one question to all the candidates, what would it be and why?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

Can a mayor really make a difference in a city's problems, or are they just a figurehead?

How would you feel if your favorite candidate doesn't prioritize issues you care most about?
