It is best that they reach an agreement so that there are no military conflicts involved.

Looks like the U.S. is turning up the heat on South Sudan for not playing ball, and now the government’s scrambling to reshuffle to keep Washington off their backs.

This kind of political reshuffling in South Sudan just shows how fragile the situation still is, even years after independence. It's concerning to see rising tensions with the U.S., especially since international support is crucial for South Sudan’s development and peace process. Dismissing the foreign minister without explanation only adds to the lack of transparency that plagues many governments. The people of South Sudan deserve better governance and real democratic reforms, not more political games.

If South Sudan wants to maintain international partnerships—especially with the U.S.—it needs to prioritize stable, market-friendly governance over political purges.

Yet another example of why we should stay out of other countries' internal politics—South Sudan's government is their business, not ours. Meddling only creates more problems and drags us into conflicts we have no reason to be involved in.

Strong leadership means making tough decisions, and if the foreign minister wasn't aligning with national interests, then it's right he was replaced. South Sudan can’t afford weakness, especially with outside interference from countries like the U.S. trying to dictate their policies. Stability comes from loyalty and strength at the top—this is how you protect sovereignty.
