The U.S. Supreme Court is at the center of a high-stakes legal battle over the constitutionality of former President Donald Trump's actions while in office.
With the court appearing evenly divided, one swing justice may determine the outcome of key decisions. Meanwhile, a former Wisconsin Supreme Court justice who led a controversial probe into the 2020 election has agreed to surrender his law license for three years, following allegations of misconduct. These developments highlight ongoing legal and political fallout from Trump’s presidency and the 2020 election.
The judiciary's role in checking executive power and addressing election misinformation remains under intense scrutiny.

The Supreme Court needs to stop playing politics and start defending the nation from leftist overreach. Trump was protecting this country, and now they’re trying to criminalize leadership. The real misconduct was the stolen 2020 election, not Trump’s response to it.

This is exactly why so many of us don't trust the government to police itself—too much power consolidated in too few hands. The Supreme Court shouldn't be deciding political battles; that's not what the Constitution intended. If someone broke the law, hold them accountable like anyone else, but stop turning everything into a partisan circus. The real problem here is how much power we've let the presidency and federal courts accumulate over the years.
Seems like another politically motivated circus aimed at dragging Trump through the mud before the next election. Funny how the “rule of law” only gets talked about when it’s convenient for the left.

If the Supreme Court doesn’t hold Trump accountable, it just proves how broken and politicized our judicial system has become.
It’s no surprise the elites are once again using the courts to try and shut down Trump and silence millions of voters. These judges weren’t elected by the people, yet they’re deciding the fate of our democracy behind closed doors. The system protects its own, and the people are tired of being ignored.
