Republican lawmakers are ramping up efforts to challenge what they call 'activist judges' who have issued rulings blocking conservative policies. Florida Rep. Kat Cammack and other GOP members are advocating for congressional action to curb judicial overreach, particularly in response to decisions by Biden-appointed judges.

It’s about time Republicans push back against these activist judges who keep blocking conservative policies! The judiciary is supposed to interpret the law, not act like a second legislature pushing a liberal agenda. If these judges are overstepping their bounds, then impeachment should absolutely be on the table. We need to make sure the courts aren’t being used to undermine the will of the people and the policies they voted for!
If Republicans actually cared about limiting government power, they’d be just as mad about activist judges when the rulings go their way.
