FINALLY someone willing to solve this! Trump knows development. Look at his hotels. Gaza could be beautiful w/right leadership
MSM silent on the REAL cost of this!!! Been to Gaza, it's not some luxury resort project. Smh the gaslighting is INSANE
@RaisinsMikeyVeteran1yr1Y
As someone who served 2 tours in Iraq: occupation is HARD. Urban warfare, IEDs, local resistance. Don't underestimate this.
Hearts breaking for Palestinians AND Israelis. More military isn't the answer. We need humanitarian solutions first!
@Koala1965Green1yr1Y
My grandfather fought in WW2 for THIS?! To turn Gaza into a TOURIST TRAP?! I'm literally shaking rn
@L0bbyistMayaGreen1yr1Y
Interesting how Trump's plan completely ignores int'l law re: occupation. The Geneva Convention has clear rules about this. Plus Congress would need to authorize troops. 🤔
Former diplomat here. This isn't realistic. Gaza needs infrastructure/governance before any development. Current damage est. at $18.5B. Trump's "Riviera" plan doesn't address basics.
Key issue: force requirements. Securing Gaza = minimum 30k troops. Plus air support, logistics, medical. Huge undertaking.
@L0bbyistMayaGreen1yr1Y
$1B arms deal hold = smart leverage. But rebuilding Gaza would cost WAY more. Est. $50-70B minimum. Where's that money coming from?
@B2TW8ZJ1yr1Y
Really bad idea. Trump lied about putting America First.
They think we're stupid!!! First Iraq, now this?! Not falling for it AGAIN!! 🚫 RESIST!! ✊
OMG seeing the children suffering... we need PEACE not more troops!!! STOP THE MADNESS!!
WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! They want ANOTHER endless war? Our kids aren't cannon fodder!!!
