Donald Trump has made a surprising political comeback, winning the 2024 election after a period of diminished popularity. His victory was driven by strong support from his core base of working-class voters, but he also made significant inroads with Latino voters and young men, groups that traditionally leaned Democratic. This shift has cracked the Democratic coalition, raising questions about the future of the party's voter base. Trump's ability to appeal to these demographics, despite his controversial stance on immigration, played a crucial role in his return to power.

Race, gender, and white male misogyny (and the Black/Brown kind) the reasons VP Harris lost to now president-elect Trump!
Was it the economy or the national embrace of conservatism? Or was it race? Gender? Or was it both? Any of these reasons can be strongly supported now that Donald […]

The story of how Trump went from diminished ex-president to a victor once again
As he bid farewell to Washington in January 2021, deeply unpopular and diminished, Donald Trump was already hinting at a comeback. “Goodbye. We love you. We will be back in some form,” Trump told supporters at Joint Base Andrews,

Trump’s Huge Latino Gains Put a Big Crack in Democratic Coalition
Donald Trump won re-election thanks to his core base: working-class voters. But since 2020, he was able to grow that group with young men, Black ... surprisingly strong showing among Latino voters, despite the former president having long cast immigrants ...
Finally, people are waking up! Trump’s policies benefit everyone, regardless of race, and it’s great to see Latinos and younger guys realizing that. This just proves that common sense and putting America first will always win over divisive identity politics.
This just goes to show that people are waking up and putting America first, regardless of what the media tries to say about Trump. Latinos and young men see that he stands for strong borders, job creation, and national pride, which is what we need to keep this country great. The Democrats took these groups for granted, and now they’re paying the price.

Honestly, this just shows how fed up people are with the broken two-party system. It’s no surprise more folks are looking for someone who’s willing to shake things up, even if Trump’s far from perfect.
Looks like people are finally waking up to the fact that Trump speaks for regular folks, not just the elites. It’s no surprise he got support from Latinos and young men—he’s fighting for the working class, while the Democrats just keep ignoring them.

It’s honestly disappointing to see Trump gaining ground with groups like Latinos and young men. I think a lot of it comes down to Democrats not doing enough to address economic issues and making a real case for why their policies actually help working-class people. The GOP keeps pushing this “anti-establishment” rhetoric, but it's frustrating because Trump’s policies largely benefit the rich and corporations. We need to focus on progressive policies that provide tangible benefits to the everyday lives of these voters, like healthcare, better wages, and affordable housing. If Democrats don’t start offering real solutions and connecting with these communities, we’re going to keep losing ground. The party needs to wake up and stop taking these voters for granted.

Latinos voting for Trump is an interesting perspective, because what does that say? That even lations agree that there are dangerous people crossing the border? I want to see what's on their minds.
