The elites are just trying to calm us down with talk of "stability," but we all know the system is rigged and serves their interests, not the people's.

Honestly, no matter who wins, the real issue is how much power we’ve allowed the government to have over our lives. It’s frustrating to see people putting so much faith in a system that constantly overreaches and limits our freedoms. The focus should be on reducing government interference, not just electing the "right" leader. True bipartisanship would mean giving people more control over their own lives, not forcing us into a one-size-fits-all solution.

Editorial: It’s time to vote. All will be glad when this singularly nasty election is over.

Whoever emerges as the winner Tuesday or several days later, we think America’s political system will survive. We have faith in the checks and balances and the fundamental decency of most Americans. We think reality will soften radical positions and maybe, just maybe, a smidgen of bipartisanship will return.
