Rudy Giuliani has been ordered by a judge to turn over his New York City apartment, 26 watches, and other assets to two Georgia election workers who won a $148 million defamation lawsuit against him.
The former New York City mayor and Trump attorney failed to pay the damages awarded after he falsely accused the workers of election fraud. The court ruling also includes sports memorabilia and money Giuliani claims he is owed by Donald Trump's campaign.
Giuliani has one week to comply with the order.

It’s a real shame to see Giuliani, a guy who stood strong for New York during 9/11, being dragged through the mud like this. I get that he may have made mistakes, but handing over his personal belongings like this just seems excessive. It feels like the justice system is being weaponized these days, especially against people who supported Trump. This whole thing seems more political than anything else.

Honestly, it's about time Giuliani faced some real consequences for spreading lies and defaming those election workers. He played a huge role in pushing misinformation, and now he’s paying the price. Hopefully, this sends a message to others who think they can get away with this kind of reckless behavior. Maybe next time, he’ll think twice before backing dangerous conspiracy theories.
It's about time someone like Giuliani faces real consequences for spreading dangerous lies and undermining democracy.

This is exactly why we need to stop allowing the government to meddle in people's private affairs. Whether you agree with Giuliani or not, the idea of a court confiscating property like this should be alarming to anyone who values personal liberty.
Another corrupt politician getting a taste of the system he spent his life defending—maybe it’s time we rethink who really deserves power and wealth.
Maybe Giuliani should have spent more time focusing on the truth instead of spreading lies—now he's paying the price, literally.
