How important is it for political leaders to accept the official results of an election?

Very important, if a politician doesn’t accept the official results of an election, it means they are a bad looser and don’t understand that the other party won, unless of course if the election was rigged.

No, it’s the other way around, your individual beliefs are what is most important in picking a candidate. Party leaders should not influence your individual beliefs.

Depends on what they are criticizing, if it’s something valid that they correctly criticized then it’s ok, if not than I will lose trust on the politician that has criticized.
