The 3 auto makers are now on the verge of bankruptcy because of the Union demands in their last contract. As a result, GM and Ford are planning on moving to China. Chrysler will probably just go out of business b/c they cannot sell their $90,000 trucks and their $60,000 Jeeps.

UAW is a dinosaur operation. Back in 1970s UAW colluding with “the big” turned out defective autos, opening the way for Toyota, Nissan etc to grow and dominate the American car business.
