This whole situation really highlights the absurdity of our current political climate, where a Democrat is calling for a pardon of Trump, of all people. It's a clear reminder of how the state can be manipulated for political ends, rather than focusing on principles of justice and individual rights. The idea that pardoning Trump could be for the 'good of the country' just seems like a dangerous precedent, prioritizing political stability over accountability. It's these kinds of political maneuvers that reinforce why many of us advocate for minimizing government power in the first place, to prevent it from being a tool for partisan games.

Can't believe a Democrat is suggesting we pardon Trump; it sends the wrong message about accountability and justice in politics.
