Hate speech is free speech, but businesses should definitely be allowed to punish or fire you for being a jerkwad.

No, just do training to make sure the employees understand the rules and guidelines, action, and accountability for acts of discrimination.

Yes, it should cover all protected groups (age, sex, race, disability, serial orientation, and religion) but at a more macro level not so detailed that it's overbearing for employees to keep track of and adhere to.

Yes, and extend the requirement to private companies as well and include LGBTQ+ topics and have it cover all protected groups (age, sex, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion)
