We shouldn't even need to have this in employability. If they show clear and obvious signs and have a history of being discriminatory, they shouldn't get hired or should be fired immediately.

Yes, and extend the requirement to private companies, and include lgbtq+, disability, and anti-sexism training

No. Only qualified people should train other about racial sensitivity. If if become a requirement, it could become an issue.

Depends on company goal/scope. Most people are already racially sensitive, but this could be good as an extra precaution for some professions. Also, more accountability for discrimination should be encouraged.

Yes, and it should be in place for everyone in a position of power (boss, ceo, any police officer, hospital worker, et cētera)
