I think that funding for police departments are great for communities, because it keeps communities safe. But, I do feel like certain states over look other community based programs in favor of police departments. It should be a mixture of both because not one is more important than the other.

Yes, and the current Police System needs to be abolished and replaced with Three Organizations in each Town/City.
