Should it be illegal to burn the American flag?
In 2006, the U.S. Senate rejected a Constitutional Amendment which would have allowed Congress to pass legislation prohibiting the burning or desecration of the U.S. flag. The Flag Protection Act of 2005 was introduced by Senators Bob Bennett (R-Utah), Hillary Clinton (D-NY), Barbara Boxer (D-CA), Mark Pryor (D-ARK) and Thomas Carper (D-Del). The Act proposed a punishment of up to one year in jail and a fine of no more than $100,000.

No, but if the arson gets their *** kicked by a red-blooded American, they should be able to take legal action.

YES, It should be illegal to burn any flag made for any group of people, with exceptions to retirement services for the flags

No but only if the flag is heavly damaged or used in a bad context if used in correct context it should be illegal
Even though i think its illegal to burn any nations flag because its disrespectful i also think it doesn't represent what it should.
No, I don't want anyone to do it but it is okay if it gets burnt by accident.

The flag is only a symbol. When we act in-American with disunity, we “burn” it without striking a match
@8HTW3KX5yrs5Y
no people should be free to protest that way
@8GGXMVRRepublican5yrs5Y
Yes, but with only low fines as punishment
@8GB37W85yrs5Y
