Yes, teachers need to be certified to carry. Be required to qualify once a quarter by local LE. Be required to take SORD and ALERRT courses every year.

I think it is valid if the gun that was used was messed up when being sold or if they sell it to a kid, etc.

If there is an issue where the gun malfunctions, then yes if not then it is the fault of the operator

I think every state should enforce a law on the age when you can purchase guns and that should be the age of 21.

Schools should allow a teacher to posses, not carry a gun. And require strict training and only put them for the most entrusted adults.

I think that there should be a lot of training and regulations involve; but as far as teachers carrying, I think they should be able too.
