No, the way the current system is set up heavily restricts 3rd party candidates from being able to receive equivalent funding as the establishment parties. I'm not against limits, but limits need to be reformed so all candidates are on equal footing.

Yes, and ensure that candidates have a balance of representation so that donors have the right to choose their candidates.

yes, and political commercials should be banned, and medias should give access to all candidates proportionally, and the 2 paryu system should be abolish

 @8YXPLZ6Green from New Jersey  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, and ban campaigning. People would then vote for the best candidate, not the best campaigner.

Citizens should be allowed to, but the SCOTUS needs to overturn Citizens United v. FEC. These would all be publicly disclosed.

 @8XR9JWJDemocrat from New Jersey  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, and ban campaigning so people vote for the best candidate not best campaigner.

 @8XNFNZN from New Jersey  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, and ban campaigning so people have to vote for the best candidate, not the best campaigner.

 @8XL5KY6 from New Jersey  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, and ban political donations and campaigning so people vote for the best candidate, not the best campaigner.

 @8XJWMPM from New Jersey  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, and ban campaigning, since it just leads to voters voting for the best campaigner not the best candidate.

Yes, politicians should not be bought by wealthy donors, corporations, or foreign nationals (either by person or by country)

 @8PN9CBMRepublican from New Jersey  answered…4yrs4Y

No, but donors should not be allowed to donate to candidates that would not directly represent them

 @8P9HGKD from New Jersey  answered…4yrs4Y

No, make it so politicians can't pocket money and can only receive money if it is for a political campaign/political resource. However, all donations should be public knowledge.

 @8P5T33F from New Jersey  answered…5yrs5Y

Candidates should only allocated a specific amount they can use in campaigns to allow less financially endowed candidates to have a better chance.

 @8M49RB5 from New Jersey  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but only large corporations. Unions, and non-profit organizations should be able to fund a candidate who matches their mission.

 @8LMXV4D from New Jersey  answered…5yrs5Y

No, but if they are receiving too much money they should retire it to the people or give it to people in need.

 @8J5LX3K from New Jersey  answered…5yrs5Y

Not from an individual. Entities should not be permitted to donate to any campaign.

Limit the total amount of money received. With enough money, you can get your propaganda everywhere and skew votes immensely without ever sharing your views. Especially to uneducated voters (voters who don't have time to learn about the candidates.Not implying stupidity but lack of current knowledge).
