The government should not be flying any flags aside from state and country, government buildings should be a-political and secular, meaning they should not be presenting any material, political, artistic or otherwise, that would show a pro or Anti stance on any issue or faith

Yes, it is a matter of free speech, just as the American flag or state flags. People's rights don't end when other people are offended.

Yes, I don't support it but the constitution affords the federal government no power in regard to which flag a state may display

No, and ban any public display of the flag, because it is a symbol of racism, separatism, and treason. It should be put in a museum where it was originally flown.

No, but independent citizens have the right to fly any flag they wish on private property.
