Yes, as long as there is a reasonable cause to use it, to only use it when it seems that our country/others may be in danger

Should the government mandate that large tech companies share their algorithms with regulators?
I think that its important that the Government only does that to ensure the security of this country isn't compromised and monitor that there are no issues
