Legalize, tax, and regulate marijuana; provide more support for those struggling with dependency or social dependence

 @9L636ZKSocialist from Pennsylvania  answered…2yrs2Y

I don’t really know anything about marijuana. However, I wouldn’t be opposed to having a marijuana zone like we have a smoking area in many places today. I haven’t heard of too many issues with it and am willing to coexist, just keep it separate from public areas and I’m more or less fine with it.

 @8HF6KRQDemocrat  from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but with restrictions on where you can legally use marijuana (cigarettes should be treated similarly)

 @9JFCRK5Democrat from Michigan  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, release anyone serving time solely for drug offenses and any offenses related to those convictions, and tax, and regulate marijuana.

 @9G9GG6QDemocrat from Maryland  answered…2yrs2Y

No, because mind-altering drugs need to be highly regulated, and the US has no proven ability to do this effectively.

 @9FG5F6LDemocrat from Arkansas  answered…2yrs2Y

I think all drugs should be decriminalized but we should have programs that help rehabilitate drug users like other countries do

 @9FG2JD4Democrat  from Pennsylvania  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but not smoking Marijuana. While the plant does have medical purposes, getting high, no matter what it is from, does nothing good. Non THC products are acceptable.

Maybe. To be legalized, show more proof that it is good for medicinal purposes. If legalized, release those incarcerated for marijuana related drug offenses.

 @968SZZFDemocrat from California  answered…3yrs3Y
