No, but they should be allowed to stay on a documented temporary Visa, pay taxes, and be actively pursuing citizenship or be removed when their initial temporary Visa expires.

Yes, if they can prove that they are escaping a bad situation and have no criminal record they can apply for refugee status. However, they have to pay taxes.

Don’t punish the company for employing illegal immigrants. Illegal immigrants should get some form of punishment for coming here illegally, but I don’t know what that should be.

Yes, but only those undocumented (illegal) immigrants who are serving on Active Duty in the US Military may have amnesty and are eligible for US Citizenship upon Honorable Discharge or 5 years Honorable Service on Active Duty.

Allow some form of registration that requires paying taxes and proficiency in English and put them on a path to citizenship but not in front of immigrants legally working toward citizenship.
