It depends on the age of the child. If they’ve settled in America and relate more to our culture and the language, then deporting them is kind of cruel.

18 years and older should pay 10% additional taxes for 10 years to obtain citizenship. Under 18 years gets citizenship if the parents pay 10% additional taxes for 10 years. Automatic citizenship if born here.

yes, temporarily - at age 18 they must apply or they perform 4 years of military service and then be granted full citizenship
