I believe we should be increasing taxes for big business and get rid of tax exemptions to reduce interest rates for student loans

 @9ZXSVD4 from Texas  answered…6mos6MO

Even those that are rich deserve to pay equal taxes. all men are created equal not by their financial situation but by their rights as a United States citizen.

 @9VQNQZ6 from Texas  answered…8mos8MO

Personally, no, robin hooding this would likely be unfair, when is the limit of when someone becomes 'rich,'

 @9QZ7367 from Texas  answered…10mos10MO

Student loans should be forgiven but no loans should be available for college backed by the government afterwards

 @9NKVD9J from Texas  answered…12mos12MO

No, I think student loans should be nonexistent, and all higher education should be government funded with already existing tax dollars even if that means raising taxes slightly for all citizens.

 @9L4XZ7Y from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

Yes in a way because, that would give the students who struggle to pay money for them to succeed in their studies and then, themselves become rich to help others but education is very important.

 @957B536 from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

No, but enforce corporations and the rich to actually pay their fair share

 @94Q5BY2 from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

I would say no because if you affect the rich you affect the poor. If you raise the taxes on the rich then you will also raise them on the poor.

Everyone should be taxed according to a scheduled or certain percentage based on their income.

Why are we focusing on the rich and taking peoples money and giving it away. I believe we should lower taxes

 @924W8F9 from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

if you can find a way to tax the rich then so be it, but as stated before the rich understand the system.

 @8ZDHY2RIndependent from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

Student loans interest rates should have a set maximum of 1% or less and should focus on helping those who want to focus on their education help get one. Otherwise people should be able to get on forgiveness plans after 10 years to help reduce the amount of financial burden the government loans have placed on them.

No.The government should have a set student loan that is easily payable for stundents.

 @8SHKXMMDemocrat from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes a 1% transaction tax on all Wall street sales and levy an asset tax on the super wealthy ($50 million and above)

 @8SH2QBR from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but not very much. We don't want to change too much too fast. Start small and see if it helps or huts.

 @8NR6HP8Green from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

I don't support increasing taxing the rich no matter how many times they say that , they will only tax the rich, that is the biggest lie I have ever heard in my life. That tax the poor and middle class and all the democrats want is nothing but money , they keep getting more and more and more money off of good people who don't need to be taxed until they die.

 @8MRGKFY from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

Its your money, you earned it so no they shouldn't take their money that they earned. But I think that they should lower the student loans, it shouldn't cost that much money to get an education.

 @8M9LR4K from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

I believe they should not have as many tax breaks to a valid having to pay taxes

 @8HVLHY4 from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

I agree, but how could you prevent it from falling on the middle class?

 @8HRPZW7 from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, only if they make over 500,000 a year... and no loopholes for them.

 @8FRNBFHDemocrat from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes we should raise taxes on the rich, but this money is better spent elsewhere. These rates should still be cut.

 @8FQ2ZSX from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, increase so it’s a proportional amount for income, and reduce interest rate for student loans.

 @9B3GM6T from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9B2536L from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

Not to reduce student loan interest rates, but to help out the American citizens in general! Whether if its school, the youth, or the less fortunate.
