Hurt, and repeal the Wagner Act and revoke all special privileges for unions. Allow employers to ban unions and fire any striking workers they chose.

In cases where there is limited alternative employees labor unions can help. But as a general rule of thumb they hurt the economy by increases they stifle a business's ability to pivot and adapt to the market

Hurt, get rid of labor unions. We pay taxes so that the government protects us from being taken advantage of by our employers. The government should be providing these protections.
