Glad to see action on housing, but I hope this plan truly prioritizes affordable options for low and middle income families, not just developers. Real change means putting people before profits.

Hope this plan includes real incentives for sustainable building and energy efficiency in new homes. BC has a chance to lead with climate-friendly housing policies!

If government would just get out of the way and let the housing market operate freely, we’d see more supply and lower prices. More regulations and announcements aren’t the answer.

Another government announcement, but will this actually fix the root causes of the housing crisis? Throwing taxpayer money at the problem isn’t a long-term solution—let’s focus on reducing red tape and empowering private builders.
