However, the reduction of spending on college universities could lower the quality of education and overall competition for students. There still could be spending on it, but less. Overall, less spending means fewer amenities, sports applications, food, health, and living opportunities. Leaving a lot of this to the student to decide.

People who don't try in there life, shouldnt be given the open right to go to a college for free if they didnt earn it.

Many government officials currently are from top universities with high degrees and a large resume, so having more people going to college would not put more people of higher education in government positions, it would just give people more opportunities to work in the government because they can afford to get that degree.

I feel like it would give all of us equal opportunities and most of the people would generally be smarter

I don't agree with this statement; however, most people who are in college are pretty smart as it is.

I disagree because instead of everyone going to college and spending money, we could change what schools teach us

Higher education would not significantly benefit the average intelligence but it could be the start to such a thing.

This is false because you can go to college and stuff, but what if you fail, drop out, or burn out? These are all variables that will affect whether you do get smarter, and being smarter also doesn't help our government
