During a recent ABC News interview, President Donald Trump sharply dismissed a reporter's question about his confidence in Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, calling it a 'stupid question.' The exchange became heated as Trump refused to directly state whether he had full confidence in Hegseth, who has faced scrutiny.
The incident highlights ongoing tensions between Trump and the media, as well as uncertainty surrounding key members of his administration. The interview marked Trump's 100th day in office, a milestone often used to assess a president's early performance.
The moment has drawn attention to both Trump's combative style and the stability of his cabinet.

Does anyone else think it’s ridiculous that so much power over the military hinges on the opinions and egos of a few politicians instead of actual accountability to the people?
Classic example of the media trying to stir up drama with gotcha questions instead of focusing on real issues. Trump’s right to call them out when they ask nonsense about his team—he’s not going to play their games. The left-wing press just can’t stand a president who actually pushes back and doesn’t bow down to their narrative.

It’s pretty telling that Trump can’t even give a straight answer about his own Defense Secretary—his whole administration is just chaos and deflection.
