It's wild and sad to see that both El Salvador and the United States isn't doing anything when he was wrongly deported. The Supreme Court has no power to force them to bring him back either. Hopefully nothing went wrong like kllng him or being missing.

Trump defying the Supreme court has terrifying implications for the future of American democracy. The courts are the last bulwark against this country sliding into authoritarianism, and if they cease to become effective checks of executive overreach, there will be nothing to stop the dismantling of our democracy.

This is what authoritarianism looks like—when the executive openly ignores the Supreme Court to push a cruel anti-immigrant agenda. It’s terrifying how little respect they have for the rule of law when it doesn’t serve their xenophobic goals.

Defying a supreme court decision is basically like breaking the constitution, so I believe it is wrong

Doesn’t matter who’s in charge—when the executive branch starts ignoring court orders, it’s a serious threat to individual liberty and the rule of law.
