Great, just what we need—another career politician promising to "reclaim the American Dream" by expanding the size and scope of government. If McMorrow’s idea of fixing economic challenges involves more spending and regulations, count me out. The last thing Michigan (or the country) needs is more top-down solutions from Washington. How about empowering people to make their own choices instead of trying to micromanage their lives?

This is exactly the kind of leadership we need right now—someone unafraid to call out the BS and actually fight for working people. McMorrow’s speech last year was a breath of fresh air, and I’m glad she’s stepping up on a bigger stage. The Democratic Party desperately needs new energy and a stronger progressive voice, especially with everything on the line in 2024. If she keeps pushing for real economic and social justice, she’s got my support.
