Honestly, it's about time Congress cut the cord on NPR and PBS

Taxpayer money shouldn’t be used to prop up media outlets, especially when they have a clear ideological slant. If their content is valuable, they should survive on their own through donations and subscriptions like any other network. Government has no business funding journalism—public or otherwise—because it always opens the door to bias and favoritism. Let the free market decide what media deserves to exist.
