Johnston’s legacy is a reminder of how deeply entrenched the fossil fuel industry has been in our politics, but hopefully, future leaders will push for a real transition to renewable energy.
Another career politician who spent decades handing out subsidies and picking winners and losers in the energy market—good riddance to big government meddling!
