Commentator Megyn Kelly will endorse former President Donald Trump onstage at a campaign event in Pittsburgh on Monday, a campaign spokesman told reporters.
The 6 p.m. ET rally is Trump’s second-to-last event before Election Day.
Kelly, who hosts a popular podcast and radio program, worked on Fox News and NBC.
During an episode of her show last month, Kelly called on Trump to “clean up the bro talk,” a reference to his appeals to men, which polls show support the former president at higher rates than women.

I like Megyn, but I feel like she shouldn't outright endorse candidates. She's conservative-leaning but her independence and willingness to call BS are assets.

There is nothing wrong with endorsing. This is about maintaining an illusion rather than dealing with reality. In reality, Megyn will chose a candidate. But you want the perception that she doesn't. Why is that illusion necessary?

She’s not independent in any meaningful way she’s always been a media advocate. Transparency is more important than feigned independence

This election is just too important to stay on the sidelines. Her ability to speak freely hangs in the balance, that’s why.
