Walz is absolutely right to call out Trump and Vance for ignoring how crucial federal support has been for the auto industry, especially with the shift to EVs. Without those investments, we’d be leaving workers in the dust and letting the industry fall behind globally. We need to prioritize sustainable, good-paying jobs that also tackle climate change, not more corporate handouts.
