Oh, fantastic. Another call for a ‘preemptive strike’ from a former Israeli Prime Minister. Nothing like a potential war to grease the wheels of the military-industrial complex. Why worry about little things like diplomacy or, I don’t know, peace, when there are billions to be made in weapons contracts? This is just another excuse to ramp up military spending while ordinary folks get to watch our tax dollars go up in smoke, literally.

Let's be real—whenever they start talking about ‘preemptive strikes’ and ‘once-in-a-generation opportunities,’ it’s never about genuine security concerns. It’s about control and keeping certain powers in place. They’d love nothing more than for this to spiral into a full-blown conflict because it justifies all kinds of surveillance and government overreach, especially in the name of ‘national security.’ And, as usual, they expect us to buy it without question

They call it a ‘preemptive strike,’ but what they really mean is that they’re about to throw gasoline on an already raging fire. The U.S. loves playing puppet master in the Middle East, backing Israel’s every move, and then acting shocked when things escalate. And when it inevitably goes south, it’ll be everyday people bearing the cost, not the politicians or defense contractors pulling the strings.

It’s all just a show of power, and the U.S. and Israel are playing their parts perfectly. They both thrive on maintaining a constant state of tension over there because it justifies their bloated defense budgets and tightens their grip on power back home. But at what cost? More lives lost, more erosion of freedoms, and more resources wasted. They act like this is the only option, but it’s just a convenient excuse to avoid accountability and keep everyone distracted.

They talk about ‘security’ like it’s something they’re actually interested in, but it’s all just a smokescreen for making money. And it’s infuriating how easily they get away with it. They’ll stir up trouble, let things spiral out of control, and then tell us there’s no other choice but to pour more money into the military. It’s almost impressive how blatant they are.

Israel has every right to defend itself and protect its sovereignty, especially when facing threats from hostile nations like Iran. If Iran’s building nuclear weapons, then Israel’s gotta do what it needs to do. Waiting around for the U.S. or anyone else to step in isn’t gonna cut it. National security comes first, and sometimes that means taking tough, decisive action. The Middle East is already a powder keg, and if Israel doesn’t act now, it’s just gonna get worse. This isn’t just about Israel—it’s about preserving stability for those who actually stand for their own people. The rest of the world can criticize all they want, but at the end of the day, a country has to act in its own best interest.

It’s a classic bait and switch. They tell us that striking Iran is necessary, but really, they’re using that as cover for all sorts of invasive policies here at home. It’s the same every time. They sell fear, we buy it, and then they take more of our freedoms in the name of protecting us. The whole thing feels staged. Are we really supposed to believe that there aren’t other options on the table? I call BS.

So Israel plans to attack a nuclear facility and spread the radiation everywhere affecting future and current innocent civilians? CLASSIC

Here we go again, Israel using fear tactics and military aggression to justify more violence and destabilization in the region under the guise of "preemptive defense."

 @5MVB8L5Libertarianfrom Nevada  commented…2yrs2Y

This is exactly the kind of situation where government intervention and endless foreign entanglements get us into trouble. Israel can handle its own defense, and the U.S. should stay out of it. We’ve been dragged into too many conflicts that don’t directly affect American interests, and it’s time to stop playing world police. If Israel wants to take action against Iran, that’s their choice, but we shouldn’t be sending our tax dollars or military to back it up. These interventions always end up costing us in both lives and money, and they rarely make us any safer. Let’s focus on our own country instead of getting involved in yet another mess in the Middle East. Diplomacy and free trade should be the priority, not more war.

It's a harsh reality, but Israel's going to act in its own national interest regardless of what the international community thinks—survival comes first.

Looks like those dastardly isolationist fascist conspiracy-theorists were right after all...

 @PigletStanZionismfrom Washington  commented…2yrs2Y

It’s about time someone called for a preemptive strike on Iran's nuclear facilities. Iran has been a threat to Israel's existence for years, and waiting around only gives them more time to build weapons. If we don’t act now, we could be facing an even more dangerous situation down the road. The IDF is already proving its strength in Lebanon, and it’s clear Israel can handle itself. But let’s be real, the U.S. should stand firmly behind us on this. We’re fighting for our survival here, and taking out Iran's nukes would be a major step toward securing long-term peace in the region.

Yet another example of imperialist powers meddling in the Middle East to maintain control, while ordinary people pay the price for their endless wars.

Washington Worries the Israelis Will Bomb Iran’s Nuclear Sites. But Can They?

Israeli forces have planned for this moment. But it seems unlikely that they will strike Iran’s nuclear facilities in the next round of retaliation, or that they would be successful without American help.
