Classic example of a politician embellishing their past for political gain. It’s no surprise, really – they’re always trying to make themselves look more heroic or connected to big events. Whether he was there or not, the fact that people in power can so easily distort reality is exactly why government should have less control over our lives. We need more transparency and less reliance on these career politicians.
