This ruling from a North Dakota judge is just another example of the judiciary overstepping its bounds and enforcing liberal ideologies over the will of the people. It's clear that the decision to overturn the abortion ban is not about protecting women's rights but pushing a far-left agenda. The fact that this comes after the Red River Women’s Clinic had to move operations shows the lengths these groups will go to in order to undermine state laws that reflect the values of their residents.
