He never claimed he served in a war zone.

He WAS a part of OEF stationed in Italy.

Petty semantics.

Her served as a CSM & retired when he was a CSM is a fact.

He will ALWAYS be able to claim his rank as a CSM.

Retirement doesn't change that.

His retirement won't pay him as a CSM.

To keep YOU happy he should need to explain that every time? WTF?
