It's deeply troubling yet sadly unsurprising to see the issues of justice and ethics under fire both in Scotland and the U.S. Supreme Court. The tragic death in Scotland and the controversy surrounding Justice Clarence Thomas are stark reminders of the systemic failures that demand immediate reform. We need to push for greater transparency and accountability at all levels of the justice system to protect the integrity of our institutions and the rights of the most vulnerable.
