* super delegates will not be allowed to vote on 1st ballot

So he's withdrawing but, he's not resigning? What's the difference? And he's not endorsing his VP?

She is polling worse vs DJT than Joe. They don’t think making her POTUS will change that. So, they’ll throw it to an open convention and let the delegates kick her to the corner as “part of the process”. Meanwhile Joe will sleep and stumble through the next 5+ months.

I don't want Harris as president either but that's cold-blooded for Joe not to endorse her. Why did he pick her if he didn't think she would make a good president? This has Obama's prints all over it.
