The awful thing is that this isn't the worst of it

How about a story on the hundreds of CHILDREN that the IDF and Israeli police imprison each year without charge and have done for decades. This is a matter of record and has been tracked and condemned by UN, Unicef and human rights watch. There are many documented cases of children not having contact with their parents for months, children abused physically and sexually abused in Israeli prisons. How so many Israels fail to see the decades of Palestinian experience in their own fear and grief over hostages is beyond me, and it is damning.
