How does the prospect of the U.S. running out of bombs affect your personal views on international military aid and involvement?

 @9M4CZB8 from California  answered…2yrs2Y

The U.S. needs to stop giving Israel anything because they are commiting genocide, but Ukraine is under attack, they are trying to defend themselves so we need to help. Israel is obviously able to defend themselves considering they don't stop bombing and killing innocent civilians.

 @9M3YMBG  from California  answered…2yrs2Y

It would lead me to believe that we have exhausted a surplus of bombs to the war effort for 2 countries.

 @9M43RTH from Maryland  answered…2yrs2Y

Stop sending money to other countries! Continue spending in Ukraine because of the scale of the Russian attacks, but decrease it significantly. Stop funding Israel because what they are doing in Palestine is genocide.

 @9M3Z9M8 from Illinois  answered…2yrs2Y

I think our involvement is too much. what if we need those weapons for ourselves?

 @LivelyCentr1stLibertarianfrom Florida  commented…2yrs2Y

Solution: give Ukraine more of our ammo.

What could go wrong?

 @NiftyEggsRepublicanfrom Virgin Islands  agreed…2yrs2Y

Ironically, that is the solution.

Upscaling and distributing our munitions production capabilities is exponentially more valuable than stockpiling what is ultimately a sliver of our old munitions while not addressing gaping production-side issues.

 @FerventR3d1strictingConstitutionfrom California  commented…2yrs2Y

That is exactly what China intended: bleeding the US to death.

They created hotspots all around the world, the drain our strategic oil reserve, and deplete our munitions.

 @ShamefulR3d1strictingMountainfrom Kentucky  agreed…2yrs2Y

The whole point from the very start has been to destroy the US

The only way they can do it is to lose a war then eradicate the Constitution in a "peace treaty"

Giving away munitions, emptying the SPR, and shipping our industrial base to China are central to that plan

 @9M3KX4YRepublican from Illinois  commented…2yrs2Y

This story is most likely an exaggeration of a statement. The United States has the most military spending in the world, so it is extremely unlikely that we are running out of ammunition. Even if we are, the United States has the capabilities to manufacture more.

 @SparklingVotingPatriot from Virginia  commented…2yrs2Y

Worlds highest defense budget by far and they can't maintain enough ammo. Meanwhile Russia has ammo to burn.

 @DearChoughTranshumanist from California  commented…2yrs2Y

You mean the US empire has made classic mistake of empire in its greed and lust for hegemony and spread itself and its war racket so thin it can't keep up.

 @PridefulSnipePeace and Freedomfrom Guam  commented…2yrs2Y

Get out of foreign wars. Make enough

Weapons to defend ourselves from everyone else. What we have been doing is not working. Be a force for good in the world. Render humanitarian aid for natural disasters and human suffering. We can’t fight or supply weapons for the world. We have become a destructive force.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

What are the moral implications of transferring large quantities of weapons to conflict zones?

 @9M2BBX5Republican from Michigan  answered…2yrs2Y

The U.S. giving a conflict zone missiles to fight a war can only mean that the place means good to us.

 @Equ4lRightsIkeSocialist from California  commented…2yrs2Y

You mean you have given too many bombs to Israel to drop on children in Gaza you war criminals! Stop killing kids! Is it really that hard to stop killing kids? "Defence" is on US shore, not the other side of the planet!!!

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

Should the decision to send bombs and military aid be influenced more by political alliances or humanitarian concerns?

 @9M3RRBH from New Jersey  answered…2yrs2Y

Forget Israel. Help Ukraine. Israel can just stop the war. Ukraine needs help, and we should help Palestine.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

If the U.S. continues to deplete its arsenal, how should it balance between aiding allies and maintaining its own defense readiness?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

How do you feel about the U.S. prioritizing military aid to other countries over ensuring its own stockpiles are sufficient?
