The U.S. needs to stop giving Israel anything because they are commiting genocide, but Ukraine is under attack, they are trying to defend themselves so we need to help. Israel is obviously able to defend themselves considering they don't stop bombing and killing innocent civilians.

Stop sending money to other countries! Continue spending in Ukraine because of the scale of the Russian attacks, but decrease it significantly. Stop funding Israel because what they are doing in Palestine is genocide.

I think the headline is bull **** and inflammatory and most likely not true.
But if it's true, I also don't care because we don't need bombs. And let's be honest-- our military budget is ridiculously high, so we can afford to make more.
