There should be a basic human rights document provided by the UN that all member nations should agree to and be held accountable to.

 @9WHGSHGPeace and Freedom from Texas  answered…7mos7MO

No but they shouldnt be put into like a different category and be treated differently because they come from terrorists doesnt mean they'll be like that too but if they have a history and criminal record then definetly should not have rights nor be in the united states.

 @9VT3X5V from Texas  answered…7mos7MO

No, only human and due process rights. They should be tried in a special tribunal that grants them a fair trial.

 @9TM3FPS from Texas  answered…8mos8MO

Should individuals we call terrorists not be given constitutional rights, domestic terrorists should be treated the same also. I.E mass shooters, school shooters, and individuals that participate in genocide

 @9TCVW24 from Texas  answered…8mos8MO

I believe so, considering they are human, if its a thing based off appearance then yes, if its based of actual suspicion then no

 @9STX49X from Texas  answered…9mos9MO

I believe that as long as we have a good reason as to why they are a terrorism suspect, then we can fully interrogate them. However, they should have some basic human rights as there are chances of mistakes suspect.

 @9PQ2YQ3 from Texas  answered…11mos11MO

Suspects should be given the right to a fair trial. However, the standards for not guilty should be held higher.

 @9L5ZP75 from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

Until they are truly proven of doing harm, they earn their rights. Justy means people need to work faster to figure out the truth

 @9K4VT8LRepublican from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

If they are just suspects and aren’t sure if they actually did it they should get rights but if they have gthe actual people who committed the crime they shouldn’t.

 @9JSZ6YZ from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

"Suspect" means not enough evidence is available to make them a clear terrorist, I believe they should get a free trial; however, I also know the system allows criminals to get away if they have the money, power, and people around them to help.

 @9FRJBDH from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

They should be publicly executed, either via TV or in Person, and their bodies should be left where they are executed for a period of no longer than a month to allow the public to see the consequences of such actions. It should also be a crime to touch/remove the bodies before the one month period is up.

 @9FQ7NNP from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

All people should be given fair rights and trials. The imaginary lines created that define countries are irrelevant

 @9FPYDXCGreen from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

No, they should be properly investigated, tried, and charged in accordance with international law.

 @9FG8LVJ from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

They should be given a fair trial and not subject to torture but assure if they are guilty there will be justice

 @9FF6MWM from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9FDKKJQ from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9FDCPDR from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

Treat them with the rights given to all people via the UN Charter of rights.

 @9F9WVX9 from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9F7Z7JD  from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

They should have the right to have their day in court but they should still be seen as someone who terrorized a country.

 @9DPC4S6 from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9DL52XHLibertarian from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, if we consider these rights to be inalienable we must ask as such for all human beings. Not just our own.

 @9DKH2TMIndependent from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

If they are suspects, they should still be given a fair trial and basic human right, but not really constitutional rights if they aren't a citizen.

 @9DGMN42 from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

No, But they should recieve a speedy and fair trial to determine if they are actually guilty.

 @96GML4P from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

It all depends on the crime, if it's a smaller crime, then they should get those same rights. If it's more severe, then they should be treated as harshly.

 @96G9ZMP from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

They should be tried but not as US citizens but at least some type of fair treatment.

 @9679VBJ from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

i think they should earn their constitutional rights and be kept under a close watch if they're already suspected of terrorism.

 @9664CQRRepublican from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, if they are US citizens, terrorist suspects should be given constitutional rights

 @95QFDFK from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

 @95PYF3FIndependent from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but they should be watched carefully and their rights should be restricted a bit.

 @957YZCN from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

If there is undeniable evidence that they are a terrorist, no they shouldn't

 @94B4TRHWomen’s Equality from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes at the end of the day they are still people and should be treated like people;e

 @93PMHYC from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

No, there should be an international court to oversee foreign terrorism cases.

 @93FV5F5 from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

They should gain their natural rights definitely since those are stated in the constitution, along with their right to due process, however, their other right should be monitored (such as the right to bear arms)

 @92W387F from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

They should be put to a fair trial, however if they did something like 9/11 then we should have the right to interrogate them to prevent any more attacks from happening before trial.

 @92VZD7V from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

They should only use psychological torture once they have been found guilty with undeniable evidence if we are needed to.

 @92MVWYJIndependent from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

Extensive research should be done to determine whether or no they are terrorist, and if they ar,e torture should be allowed to get information.

 @92L5NFM from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, if they are in the U.S. they should be afforded the rights provided by the constitution.

 @92KPG56 from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

 @929G5T7 from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

If they are being tried in our courts they should receive the rights of any defendants in our courts.

 @8Z7Q7DP from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

The only people guaranteed constitutional rights are those who fall under the authority of the United States. Terrorists are enemies of the U.S. and should be treated as war criminals, falling under the military justice domain.

 @8XP79V8 from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

For one the word suspects fall into line here as a lot of what American deems as terrorism is mostly faked or a lot of it is just shooting people for the hell of it.

 @8XJMTKD from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

 @8WK26MT from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, to a certain extent. If they are suspects which means they haven't been found guilty, they are still people and deserve the rights every other person has.

 @8W3HJNL from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8VGFWGC from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

they should be tortured to justice and have no rights for unforgetable things

 @8VBRVGD from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

No, if they enter the US, be shot and killed, but if not in US, then left alone.

 @8TZTXSZ from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

According to the Constitution, everyone is created equal and is granted unalienable rights. This should not be skewed due to personal bias.

 @8TKTTZC from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

They should be given human rights, but in terms of legal rights it should be held to the standard provided by the United Nations.

 @8TF3T8SConstitution from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

They should be tried in military tribunals, and be subject to torture and or execution.

 @8T5NSTD from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes if they are physically in the country or United States citizens. No otherwise.

 @8R8BXP6 from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, more so if they're domestic terrorists, but people typically pick and choose who qualifies as a terrorist

 @8R64F87 from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, we should hold them on the innocent until proven guilty but still have people investigating them.

 @8Q7DBB8Democrat from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

even if they're probably terrible people,doesn't everyone deserve rights.

 @8PCSGTP from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8NLSYC9Libertarian from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

yes, they are people too and should be treated like one til proved otherwise

 @8NCXVXN from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8N5RX8R from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

it depends on the person if they did a crime or felony maybe , but besides that then yes they should get rights.

 @8MQ3TMB from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

I think if they were on trial, yes, but no one knows if they would do that crime again. I guess since they are human then they should be able to, but have to become a citizen.

 @8MP6FBH from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

If there's concrete evidence that the suspects are associated with terrorism then their rights should be suspended.

 @8MJ6SYX from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8LWDZX9 from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

They should be given human rights like all others but they should not be given constitutional rights because they are not citizens and are suspected to hurt our country.

 @8LQ2CNT from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8LGNFH8 from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes they should be given the equal amount of rights as the Americans do but if they mean harm or don't think twice then they should not.

 @8L6HNNR from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8K6PJ75 from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

I think they should be heavily monitered and if consecutive years go by without any suspicious activity then they should be given constitutional rights.

 @8JG5NQG from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, they're in the U.S., so the can at least be able to defend themselves.

 @8JD4HSGDemocrat from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

I think there should be a certain law that deals with terrorism but no one should die

 @8J7QJW7Republican from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8HYYXP6 from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @sweetdog2011 from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

They should not have constitutional rights, but they should also not be tortured.

 @8HCRBXY from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

in the united states we all know citizen or not you deserve the right to a trial of your peers unless you get caught in the act then welp

 @8H9KRDG from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, only if suspected and if there is not enough evidence that points to that person committing the terrorist act

 @8H3QPC3Democrat from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8H2PQZ7 from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

They should not be given those rights if there is undeniable and hard evidence proving that they are planning acts of terrorism against the U.S.

 @8H2825X from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

They should be interrogated but as just a suspect the should try more humane methods before they result to torture.

 @8GWPHBP from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes they should be given rights, but must face consequences for their actions.

 @8GCCY94Independent from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

No, they should be treated fairly due to them just being suspects, but not have the privilege of all our rights.

 @8FVSTLS from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @KFredDemocrat from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes but only some rights/protections like the 8th Amendment and the right to a public trial

 @8FLNWXQGreen from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, and give them a fair trial that every individual has the right to.

 @8F534KC from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

They should not be deprived of their inalienable rights, but they have no rights specifically afforded to citizens of the US.
